Abstract guidelines and instructions

Present your research and be part of the scientific program!

The European Healthy Soils conference invites participants to submit abstracts for the following forms of scientific presentations:

  • Talk – 20 min. Presenters receive a 50% discount on registration.
  • Workshop input – up to 15 min. Presenters receive a 50% discount on registration.
  • Flash poster – 5 min oral presentation.
  • Poster* – display in Poster and Beer session.

    *A prize will be awarded to the best poster for its design and information.

  • For talks and workshops EXTENDED to 14 April 2023
  • June 30, 2023 for flash poster (5 min) presentation and poster display
  • August 15, 2023 for poster display

  • For talks and workshops EXTENDED to 5 May 2023
  • July 31 and August 31, 2023 for flash poster presentations and poster display respectively.
    Authors can then bring along their poster (A0 portrait format) to the symposium.

    • Character limit: 5000.
    • You will be asked to create an account in the Converia abstract and registration system (FHNW events).
    • You will be asked to upload a short bio and photo with your abstract.
    • You will be asked to enter the names of co-authors. This information can be also provided in text section of the form if you do not wish to formally register each author.
    • If your abstract is accepted, please confirm your participation by registering to the conference.
