The 20th European Congress on Biotechnology (ECB2026) will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, in 2026, and registration and abstract submission are now open. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of early bird rates and submit abstracts for invited talks, posters, or flash poster presentations.
The congress will feature a dynamic scientific program structured around four main streams:
- Innovations for Healthy Living
- Solutions for a Sustainable Planet
- Manufacturing with Microbes
- Feeding the Planet
Researchers from academia, industry, and public institutions are invited to present original research addressing these themes and demonstrating biotechnology’s role in creating a healthier and more sustainable future.
